Always enabled

Two seconds

1. MIL

VERIFICATION:
Ignition on
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. If any other codes active, fix those first.
2. Wiring between the EGR valve actuator connector and the 120-pin ECM connection.
3. EGR valve actuator failure.
4. Failed MCM.
